You will be laughing a lot and gifting yourself the opportunity to make other people laugh and make them feel happy, by leading Laughter Yoga sessions.

Meanwhile on the Internet I could see happy faces from the Laughter Yoga clubs in Italy and hell yes!!! I wanted that too. So, I participated in a Laughter Yoga leader training. And my life changed.
 

I used to be shy and holding myself back, but after those two days, I was spontaneous, happy and less concerned about how people would see me. Laughter Yoga gave me access to the most joyful part of myself.

I know. You might not picture yet how you can make other people feel happier but let me tell you my story.

 

“Valentina, it looks like you are holding yourself back” my blood froze as I heard these words from a friend.

In 2016 I was not the smiling and happy person that you can see in the pictures. Apparently everything was fine,  I had a good job (PhD student), I had some friends, but I was not enjoying my life. I was seeing life as a list of things to do.

Laughter Yoga changes the body chemistry and makes us feel happier. This is what research says.

When we laugh for 10-15 minutes, the levels of endorphin and serotonin increase and the cortisol, stress hormone lowers down. So we naturally feel happier.

Research says that the body cannot distinguish between true and fake laughter, so we get the same benefits in the body, even though we are stimulating it at the beginning.

The investment for the Laughter Yoga leader training is: 3400 kr (2800 if you register by the 2nd November).

The cours takes place in the weekend 29-30 November 2025 from 10-18, provided that there are at least 4 participants.

I understand that. It is true. It feels uncomfortable to laugh in front of people that you do not know.

Yes, Valentina. It is easy to say, but I feel the negative emotion in my body and it keeps me stuck.

Tapping is a stress-reduction technique that helps us to let go of negative emotions so that we can tap into our own power.

How does that work? We tap on acupuncture points.

 

In this way we relax our body and in the mean time you talk about a negative emotion, so that we can accept it, process it and let it go.
